Simply because they are clueless.
First. Its over dramatized due to the fact that there are 5 guys holding this guy everywhere which makes it look worse than it is. waterboarding is dine by strapping the prisoner to a board, not wrestling with 5 guys. This is a sure way to kill him as opposed to scaring him.
Second. The Geneva convention and international law do not apply to enemy combatents, terrorists or an enemies with no uniform. Mostly because they have never signed on to either agreement. And so we are not expected to abide by an agreement that they do not honor.
Waterbording is legal when the president chooses to use executive priveledge to warrant its use.
Water boarding Kaleid Sheik Muhammed saved many lives and thwarted numerous attacks and helped us capture others with plans in progress.

I am back from Iraq brother, had an interesting tour and shouldnt have to go back till late fall.
I was able to read blogs over there but not participate, it was always good to come here and read some opinion from a “no-BS guy”.
